Over an area of approximately 120 m², you will find space for up to 8 people, with three separate bedrooms – two upstairs and one downstairs – as well as an additional living/sleeping area upstairs featuring a TV corner and a sofa bed. Two spacious bathrooms ensure comfort even when the property is fully occupied; the bathroom area on the ground floor also houses the sauna. After an active day by the water, you can first relax in the warmth and then in the adjoining outdoor relaxation area. The heart of the house is the large open-plan kitchen and living area: you can cook together, sit around the large table and wind down the day in peace. Two separate living areas give everyone their own space to unwind – whether for games, storytime or a quiet coffee break. There is a chest of drawers in each bedroom; the bedroom on the ground floor also has a TV. Velux windows with light- and heat-blocking roller blinds promote restful nights. The circular architecture creates a unique sense of space – calm, open and, at the same time, secure. Clay plaster, real-wood parquet flooring, and radiant heating in the walls and floors all contribute to a pleasant living environment. Wi-Fi is available, and access is convenient via a keypad (keyless) – handy if you want to arrive at a flexible time. Solveig is a dog-free property, making it particularly suitable for guests with relevant needs. Outside, the south-east-facing terrace, complete with furniture, a parasol and an electric BBQ, invites you to enjoy long summer moments. One car parking space is included with the property; additional parking options are available within walking distance. You can safely store bicycles, prams or equipment in the lockable shed compartment right next to the house. A cot and a high chair are available for families.
