The vacation home "Solveig" on Lake Tollensee offers generous comfort for up to 8 people. The approximately 120 m² accommodation has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a sauna with an outdoor area, as well as two living areas and an open kitchen. The southeast terrace with seating furniture and a BBQ grill invites you to relax. On about 120 m², you can expect space for up to 8 people with three separate bedrooms – two upstairs and one downstairs – as well as an additional living/sleeping area upstairs with a TV corner and sofa bed. Two spacious bathrooms provide comfort even when fully occupied; the sauna is also located in the bathroom area on the ground floor. After an active day on the water, you can relax first in the warmth and then in the adjacent outdoor relaxation area. The heart of the house is the large kitchen-living room: cook together, sit together at the large table, end the day in peace. Two separate living areas give everyone their time out – whether for games, reading or a quiet coffee break. In the bedrooms there are dressers; in the bedroom on the ground floor there is also a TV. Velux windows with light and heat protection roller blinds support relaxing nights. The round architecture creates a special sense of space – quiet, open and at the same time secure. Clay plaster, real wood parquet as well as wall and floor radiant heating contribute to a soothing living climate. Wi-Fi is available, and access is conveniently via keypad (keyless) – convenient if you want to arrive flexibly. Solveig is a dog-free house and therefore particularly pleasant for guests with corresponding needs. Outside, the southeast terrace with furniture, umbrella and electric grill invites you to long summer moments. A car parking space is part of the house; additional parking is within walking distance. Bicycles, strollers or equipment can be safely stored in the lockable shed compartment right next to the house. For families, a toddler bed and highchair are available.
