MAIN LEVEL — Living room, Kitchen & Balcony Cozy living room with wood-burning stove, comfortable sofas and a large dining table for sharing long meals after a day outdoors. The equipped kitchen opens onto a private balcony, perfect for a morning coffee or a drink at sunset. Outside, a few spaces allow you to enjoy the calm of the countryside, between meals on the balcony, moments of reading in the private garden, and naps in the hammock. ✓ High-speed fiber ✓ Smart TV with Netflix + French and English channels LOWER LEVEL — Master Suite & Bathroom Large bedroom with a king-size bed (180 × 200 cm), natural cotton and linen bedding, and a wood-burning stove. Ensuite bathroom with a deep bathtub, separate shower, and separate toilet. MIDDLE FLOOR — Double Room & Bathroom Bright bedroom with queen-size bed (160 × 200), sitting area and bathroom with shower and toilet. The bathroom on this floor is accessible only via the bedroom. This setup is particularly suitable for close friends or travelers who are comfortable sharing spaces. THIRD FLOOR — Mezzanine Attic Room Accessible via an open staircase, this attic bedroom has two single beds (98 x 200 cm) Guest access Guests have access to all four levels of the cottage, including bedrooms, bathrooms, balcony, and living spaces. Other things to note • The house has several open and relatively steep staircases as well as several wood stoves. For security and layout reasons, the cottage is more suitable for adults and older children. • The cottage is heated mainly by a wood burning stove. Wood is provided. • The mezzanine bedroom is open to the bedroom below. • The second-floor bathroom is accessible only through this room.
