Mag's little house, serenity and zen attitude

✨ This charming house with a zen spirit🪷, authentic and cozy, welcomes you in a relaxing and rural setting. Ideally located, just 8 minutes from Walibi Park, it combines the charm of yesteryear and the comfort of today, for a stay under the sign of the zen attitude🌸, it consists of a kitchen with oven, gas hob, dishwasher, a cozy living room with fireplace, a bathroom, toilet, upstairs large landing and two bedrooms, an exterior with terrace, private parking The space Welcome to “Mag's Little House.” You have access to the entire house and the whole garden 🏡. Upon entering, you'll find an entrance hall, and then, still on the ground floor, the kitchen with a gas stove, a De Dietrich combination steam oven, a range hood, a dishwasher with a pull-out rack (thank you for sparing our backs 😁), and a Philips bean coffee machine with multiple options and a milk jug (espresso, cappuccino, latte macchiato, etc.). Coffee is provided for the first day; upon request at the time of booking, I can also replace it with a Senseo machine. There's also a kettle, a toaster 🍞, and a raclette/grill appliance. cookware, and everything you need for delicious meals 🙂, a cozy living room with a fireplace, a fixed sofa, and armchairs, a dining table, a TV, a bathroom with a walk-in shower (towels provided), and a toilet. Upstairs (no child safety gate), you will find a relaxation/reading/work area, and 2 bedrooms, 1 of which has a desk. The beds will be made for you upon your arrival, and a travel cot can be provided upon request when booking. There is no heating upstairs because the fireplace heats the upper floor (don't worry! You won't be cold 🙂 if you know how to operate a fireplace). Two rooms are enclosed and private. Outside, you can enjoy the terrace in front of the house, which has a large table, and a large part of the garden (please also note, for small children, that there is a sliding gate, so there is an opening; supervision outside is essential). There is a sofa and armchairs, and a private parking space in front of the house. This house is my main residence, and I spend many pleasant moments here 🏡. I hope it will be the same for you in this quiet, serene old lady, full of positive energy...🪷 I deliberately chose to leave behind all the items from my travels, gifts from family or friends, so that you can feel the atmosphere of the place 🏡. This isn't just a simple booking you're making… but a contribution to the renovation of this house, whose charm and authenticity I hope to preserve. So, I thank in advance everyone who has read to the end and who understands why I rent out my house 🙂, namely, because there is a little kitten 😸 called “Mademoiselle Picorette” (if you don't want her to stay, I can take her away; just let me know when you book). Smoking is forbidden in the house; ashtrays are available outside 🚬 Guest access The whole house except two private rooms. Other things to note Namely, there is a staircase to access the floor, there is no heating on the floor it is heated by the fireplace and the radiators at the bottom, rest assured you will not be cold🙂, the price of the accommodation is for 4 people (no additional people accepted or visitors except on request), two rooms are private and not accessible, I will not be on site during your stay, I do the check-ins and check-outs or my children🙂 or independently on request. I remind you that there is a cat 😸 that lives in the premises but I can take it if you do not want to keep it, just let me know when you book.🪷
