Casa Redonda, Popoyo

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. This casita is built from Earthbag (SuperAdobe), on a property with mature fruit trees and beautiful landscaping. Relax on a hammock or practice yoga and meditation on the yoga platform. Fully off grid with solar power and good internet connection. Less than 1 km (10 minute walk) from Jiquelite beach and surf breaks of Popoyo. The space The casita is a wide open circular space with a large semi-outdoor bathroom. The natural building methods maintain a cool temperature and circulation. There is a fully equipped kitchen and both indoor and outdoor dining space. Guest access Guests have full access to the property, excluding our house. We live on the property in a house separated by 30 metres and not visible through the trees. Guests are welcome to use the yoga platform (aerial rigging included) and pick fruit from the many mature trees (banana, mango, guava, soursop, plantain, starfruit, coconut and more). Parking available for 1 car / truck. Other things to note There are 2 lovely dogs on the property. They are friendly but we cannot accommodate other pets unless they have met previously. There are also 3 friendly cats and 3 egg laying hens. The chicken coop is at the far end of the property away from your casita. Depending on production we may have fresh eggs for you.
