Welcome to this nicely renovated house in Österlen. The property with its large garden is facing the ocean with stunning views of the water and the village. The decor has been hand picked from vintage shops in the region to suit this house from 1936. Baskemölla is known as one of the most charming villages in Österlen with beautiful nature, a swimming lagoon for children and intimate beaches. Arts and craft shops and art galleries nearby. An amazing place to stay all year round. The space The house was built in 1936 and has been used as a home since then. A few yeas ago the house was thoroughly renovated to bring it up to date. Now it can be enjoyed all year round, warm and snug in the winter and cool in the summer. The views from the house is spectacular. The main bedroom on the second floor has a roof window which allows you to lay in bed and watch the sunrise in the mornings. The bedroom is equipped with blinds to block out the morning sun if you prefer that. The second bedroom (also on the second floor) has two single beds, a dresser and blinds. The third bedroom is located in the basement of the house. It has just been extended with an en suite bathroom and wash room. There is a play room with toys to keep the children entertained on a rainy day. On the main floor you find the kitchen, a lounge, a toilet and the dining room. From the dining room you can walk out to the patio and enjoy your breakfast in tje morning sun. From the house you can see the harbour and the sea and if you keep the windows open at night you can listen to the waves in the distance. The garden is large and hosts apple, plum and cherry trees. There are three sets of outdoor furntiture and a barbeque in the garden. Guest access The entire space can be accessed. Other things to note Because we don’t charge a cleaning fee, guests are expected to clean the house before departure.
