Stylish garden house with gallery and compact staircase

Modern retreat in the countryside – stylish garden house with gallery flair Welcome to your holiday home Enjoy your most precious time in our holiday home, which will be completed in 2025. Located in our idyllic garden, this house offers the perfect mix of modern design, smart technology and warm cosiness The space What to expect: Freshly finished & ready for the first guests We are very pleased to open our holiday home, which will be completed in 2025, for you! Everything inside is brand new, high-quality and waiting to offer you a relaxing stay. A small note on the outdoor area: As the house has just been completed, the outdoor facilities in the area of the driveway and direct access are still in the final design phase. While the inside of the house is perfectly prepared for you, the look of the immediate outside area (driveway/entrance) does not yet quite correspond to our final green concept. What does that mean for you? The comfort and tranquillity of the house are absolutely undisturbed. No noisy construction work will take place during your stay. We have provided a clean and well-lit access to the house. Form meets warmth An open living concept awaits you on two levels with high-quality real wood flooring and underfloor heating throughout the ground floor and in the bathroom. • Live & relax: a cosy reading corner with a wing chair invites you to linger. Two smart TVs (incl. Fire TV stick) provide entertainment. • Cook like a pro: the fully equipped designer kitchen leaves nothing to be desired with its built-in hob (exhaust to the outside), fully automatic coffee machine, oven and dishwasher. (Airfryer available on request!) • Working outdoors: a separate workplace and fast Wi-Fi are available. We will be happy to provide you with a printer on request. The highlight: Sleeping in the loft Sleeping in the spacious king-size bed on the open gallery is a special experience. Important note on access: > The bedroom can be reached via a space-saving staircase. As the name suggests, this is a bit steeper than a conventional staircase. For your safety at night, the stairs can be illuminated discreetly and with a dimmed light. Once upstairs, you will find a cosy king-size bed, a second smart TV and plenty of storage space in chests of drawers and wardrobes for your luggage. Outdoors & smart comfort • Your private oasis: The large terrace is for your exclusive use – perfect for long evenings around the gas barbecue provided. • Smart Home: You can conveniently control lights and shutters via Home Assistant using a QR code. There you will also find a digital calendar of events for our village and the region • Parking & arrival: Your private parking space is located directly in the shared courtyard. A staircase leads you to the separate main entrance of your house. Need to Know: • Four-legged friends: Our friendly cat is the master of the garden and likes to stop by. But, he's banned!!
