The living and kitchen area with a very well-equipped kitchen, a pull-out table with ceramic top and comfortable chairs. The sofa can be folded into a comfortable bed. (140 x 200 cm) The bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet and sink. The pictures say more than 1000 words. The space The furnishings are new and of very high quality. The floor plan is well cut because 5-6 guests could find a place The apartment is located in a 2-family house. It is not crammed, but carefully furnished. The house is in a natural location, not far from the Niers. Guest access The ground floor apartment is for the guests only. The garden and terrace area as well. The laundry room in the annex of Seepark 11 (washing machine, dryer and freezer) is also shared by other people.
