Welcome to our newly renovated rental in the heart of Pinedale! Shops, restaurants, and cafes are only a short distance away. The nearby Aquatic Center has a weight room, pool, hot tub, and rock-climbing wall. The Pinedale area is a recreation paradise for activities ranging from hunting, hiking, cross-country skiing, snowmobiling, kayaking, and fishing. This is the perfect home base to relax after your adventures! Please make yourself comfortable and enjoy our home as much as we do. We just finished up renovations on this single story home in October 2022. We designed the space with a rustic cabin feel that we think you will enjoy. The floor plan is open and inviting. When you walk into the house you will enter into the cozy living room with a gas fireplace. This is a favorite feature, especially during the cold winter months. You can cozy up next to the fire and read a book or watch a little Netflix. Off the living room is the kitchen that we have stocked with everything that we think you may enjoy during your stay. There are appliances like a slow cooker, toaster, blender, coffee maker, and of course the refrigerator and dishwasher. The laundry room is through the kitchen. There is a washer and dryer for you to use during your stay as well as complementary detergent. The laundry room doubles as a mud room and storage. This would be a great place to store shoes, coats, and gear. Going back to the front of the house there is a hallway that leads to the bathroom and bedrooms. The bathroom will be stocked with towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. The bathroom has a shower/tub combo. A favorite feature of this room is the sink. Its such a beautiful color and so unique. The first bedroom off to the left is a king sized bed. There are bedside tables with lamps, a tv, and a closet. The second bedroom off to the right is a double bed. There is a bedside table with a lamp, a tv, and a closet. We hope you enjoy our place as much as we do. A lot of love and hard work has gone into this home. The entire house and property is yours, except for the detached garage (which the owners use for storage). We do self check in for your convenience. I’m always happy to be of assistance in person. However, if I’m unavailable in person you can reach me by text, phone call, and messaging here. The rental is close to Boyd Skinner Park and American Legion Park. Both have great walking trails with Pine Creek running through. Moose frequent these places often, so it would be a great place to spot them. Just make sure you give the moose their space. There are also many restaurants near by. There are many great walking, running, and driving routes. We do not have cable, however we have a Fire TV stick and Roku that you can use to access your Netflix, Amazon Prime, and other apps that you can use on one of the 3 T.V.s. We have many children's items such as a Pack N Play, Highchair, and baby bath tub that are all available upon request. Be aware that the fireplace gets hot and there is not a gate for children. The house has a large skylight and large windows so although there are blinds there are not black out curtains. If you like a dark room this is not the house for you.
