The space Apartment with two bedrooms and a kitchen near the Budějovická metro station - it is only a 10-minute drive to the city center. The apartment is renovated and fully equipped. It is very bright and quiet, making it an ideal place for families or a group of friends who want to enjoy the city but also have a quiet place. There are a number of shops and restaurants in the immediate vicinity. Our accommodation is also suitable for longer stays. The apartment, which you will have all to yourself, includes: - 2x bedroom with double bed 160x200 and bunk bed with lower bed 140x200 and single bed 90x200. - Smart TV in every bedroom - dining table and 4 chairs - Bathroom with shower and toilet and washing machine - Fully equipped kitchen including oven, kettle and Tchibo coffee machine. There is also salt, pepper, sugar, tea and coffee. - Hairdryer - Body and hand wash, shampoo - Bed linen and towels - Wi-Fi Parking is FREE in front of the house from the weekend (from Friday 20:00 to Monday 8:00), other days it is for 20 CZK/hour and at night always FREE (from 20:00 to 8:00) Guest access We provide self check-in: keys are available in the box 24/7. CHECK-IN The house will be available from 3pm. CHECK - OUT On the day of departure, please leave the premises by 11 am. Parking is available for a fee on the street. Other things to note The Budějovická metro station is 2 minutes from the house, so you can get to the city center in 10 minutes.
