Cozy, Rural Cabin Next to Codette Lake

Located on an acreage outside of Nipawin, right next to Codette Lake. The cabin has a lovely deck with a BBQ and deck chairs. Enjoy a fire at the fire pit outside or cozy up with the wood stove going inside. We are located right next to a popular ice fishing spot and snow mobile trails. Also close by are groomed cross country trails and a downhill ski area. Nipawin isn’t too far and is home to amazing restaurants like The Dam Smokehouse and Mabel Hill Kitchen and Marketplace. Other things to note There are 3 dogs on the property. All are friendly but will definitely bark when you come in the yard. Chances are they will not come down to the cabin unless they are with me. This is a rural property and driving on gravel roads is required, about 10 miles.
