Nearby attractions: • Futuroscope (35 minutes) – High-tech theme park. • La Vallée des Singes (30 minutes) – Sanctuary for 34 species of primates. • Terre de Dragons (12 minutes) – The largest crocodile and reptile greenhouse in Europe • Chauvigny (25 minutes) – Medieval town. • Local markets: fresh produce, regional cheeses and local wines in towns such as Chauvigny and Gençay. A few meters from the house, you'll find the starting points of hiking trails. For cycling lovers, you can enjoy numerous scenic roads where you can take lovely rides. Bread is available every day from a vending machine located next to the small estate. A 5-minute drive away is a very well-stocked minimarket. The nearest supermarket is a 15-minute drive away. It will be very easy to park your car for free in the village in front of the small estate. There are no parking spots inside. DETAILS AND HOUSE RULES: The small estate can comfortably accommodate groups of friends, seminars and families. Please note that there are outdoor and indoor stairs. All bedrooms are upstairs. Unfortunately, it is therefore not suitable for people with reduced mobility. In order to continue to guarantee the quality of the accommodation, we ask our guests to take the utmost care of the small estate during their stay. Parties are strictly FORBIDDEN. The house is NON-SMOKING. The house is equipped with fiber optic internet and a repeater, ensuring an excellent connection up to the 2nd floor (ideal for teleworking). It is possible to make a fire in the fireplace. Do not leave a fire in the fireplace(s) burning unattended. OTHER THINGS TO NOTE A folding crib is available upon request. Sheets are provided and placed on the beds upon your arrival. Bath towels are provided. Also provided: dishwashing liquid, sponges, dish towels, household cleaners. For coffee: filter coffee maker and Nespresso and Senseo machines. HOUSEKEEPING Please make sure to keep the space clean and tidy during your stay. Everything needed for routine cleaning is available in the houses. Before checking out, make sure all dishes are clean and properly put away and that items are put back in order.
