Other things to note The small Bienvenu estate, ideal country houses to relax, is located in the heart of a small village in the south of the Vienne opposite a communal pond and a children's playground. Nearby attractions: • Futuroscope (35 minutes) – High-tech theme park. • The Valley of the Monkeys (30 minutes) – Sanctuary of 34 species of primates. • Land of Dragons (12 minutes) – Europe's largest crocodile and reptile greenhouse • Chauvigny (25 minutes) – Medieval city. • Local markets: fresh produce, regional cheeses and local wines in cities such as Chauvigny and Gençay. A few meters from the house, you'll find hiking trails. For bike lovers, you can enjoy many bucolic roads where you can take beautiful rides. Bread is available daily from a vending machine located next to the small estate. The nearest supermarket is a 15-minute drive away. It will be very easy for you to park your car for free in the village in front of the small estate. There are no parking spaces inside. HOUSE DETAILS AND RULES: The small estate comfortably accommodates groups of friends, seminars and families. Please note there are outdoor and indoor stairs. All bedrooms are upstairs. Unfortunately, it is therefore not suitable for people with reduced mobility. In order to continue to guarantee the quality of accommodation, we ask our guests to take the greatest care of the small estate during their stay. Parties are strictly FORBIDDEN. The house is NON SMOKING. The house is equipped with fiber and a repeater guaranteeing an excellent connection up to the 2nd floor (ideal for remote work) It is possible to make a fire in the fireplace. Wood is available. OTHER THINGS TO NOTE An umbrella bed is available on request. Sheets are provided and placed on the beds upon arrival. Towels are provided. Also provided: dishwashing product, sponges, tea towels, household cleaners. For coffee: filter coffee maker and Nespresso and Senseo machine. CLEANING Please keep the space clean and tidy during your stay. Everything is available in the houses for routine maintenance. Before checking out, make sure all dishes are clean and properly stored and items are put back in order. A CHECKLIST is available in the accommodation before departure and the welcome booklet has all the information you will need.
