Location No. 1: 5 minutes' walk from the train station, 8 minutes from GEM, 3 minutes from the famous cable car, right next to the city center. Welcome to my air-conditioned apartment, "the Porte de France" ideal for 6 people. On the raised ground floor of a Haussmann-style building, this dual-aspect apartment is very quiet. 65 m² (680 sq ft) and completely renovated, I was keen to preserve its soul and character. I designed it to make you feel right at home. Guest access The entire apartment is rented! For your convenience, check-in is automatic thanks to the building's digital code and a key box. You can therefore arrive and depart at your convenience. I will send you all the information before your arrival. I can be there to welcome you and show you how the apartment works if my schedule permits. Other things to note I live only 10 minutes from the apartment and am available anytime to give you advice and/or help with any problems! The apartment is brand new and as clean as my own home ;)
