The Pavilion at Smithy Farmhouse

The Pavilion provides luxury accommodation for 2 set in a rural location, yet within easy access to some of the beautiful towns and villages in this area of Lincolnshire. A trip to the coast is only an hours drive with many places of interest such as Lincoln, Stamford and Woodhall Spa all within a 45 minute drive. Although there are no facilities in the village, the nearest shops are only a 5 minute drive. There is a cycle store to the rear of the property. The space The open plan kitchen, dining lounge area provides all facilities for your stay. An electric double oven, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher and wine chiller. Central heating, sofa and armchair and Smart TV with netflix. The bedroom has a superking bed, TV , clothes storage, dressing table and chair. Outside, relax on the veranda, enjoying the spacious garden , birds in abundance and some evenings, the sunsets are amazing. Guest access The garden is available for guests to enjoy with a barbecue available on request and extra outdoor seating. Other things to note We allow 1 small well behaved dog at no extra charge. Please note the garden is secluded but not 100% secure and we do not take any responsibility for the safety or security of your pet.
