Welcome to our home. We live here with young children, and the guest space is located downstairs with access to shared common areas. To make sure our home is a comfortable fit for everyone, we ask guests to share a brief introduction when enquiring. The space It is rented in 1 booking so no sharing of toilet and shower. *2 mins walk to bus stop 881, that takes you to leumeah station or interchange with bus 870/871/872 to liverpool or campbelltown hospital * 5 minutes drive to minto mall *10 minutes to campbelltown mall * 5 minutes drive to leumeah station *the rooms downstairs are double brick build , so very cool in summer * lots of street parking * kitchen is upstairs *Stay 5 days or more to use the kitchen If you’re here for a shorter visit, there’s a microwave, fridge, and kettle downstairs for you to use. Guest access tea,coffee,sugar clothes iron on request laundery detergent provided tv and chrome casting wifi available free towels and face washers quiet street Other things to note *Our family (4)lives upstairs please note you will occasionally hear normal household sounds and everyday activity. We want to be upfront on this and appreciate your understanding *Children aged 7 and above are welcome, but the space is not suitable for toddlers or infants due to stairs and layout. * the room has a double bed and standalone wardrobe with hanging rod plus your own living space with a single bed,daybed that can be pulled out into almost queen size. * Early check-in is fine as long as there are no prior bookings. *TV has some channel wifi chrome casting and hdmi *if arrive late for check-in please inform * Ride bus 881 from leumeah station direct to accommodation. and walk a 2 mins *The blinds can be pulled down if you want room to be darker or warmer on cool nights. *You’ll have most of the downstairs area to yourself, so it feels like your own space. Laundry is shared, and if we need to use it, we’ll give you a quick heads-up in advance. *In the event of lost keys, a fine of $250 will be incured to cover the cost of changing the locks. * there is a large sink in the laundry and we provide a portable washing dish in sink to use . * complimentary tea,coffee sachet,sugar,salt and black pepper sachet *Bedsheets and towels can be replaced on request , or automatically for stays of 5 nights or more. * there is a doorbell camera facing front entrance, it has audio and video for security purposes, there are no other camera in house or rooms. *shared entrance * lots of street parking, 3 spaces in front of house HOUSE RULES *no noise after 10pm -8am *strickly no visitor allowed in house *parties ,events, other activities not permitted *check-in between 4pm -10pm *no excessive drinking, smoking or vaping inside house. * please use utilities responsibly *please no go areas are garage and under storage internally.
