The space 【 Important Notes 】 ◆The property is on the 2nd floor and there is no elevator. Access is via stairs only. Please consider this if you have large luggage or mobility concerns. ◆There is a restaurant on the first floor of the building. ​The area is generally quiet, but you may occasionally hear customers' voices or sounds from ​the restaurant's operations.​ If you are sensitive to noise, we recommend that you refrain from booking. ▼About the Property This is a private whole-house rental (100㎡) located on the 2nd and 3rd floors of a commercial building. High-speed Wi-Fi is available in all rooms. ▼Living & Dining Area Inspired by fugu (pufferfish) and the Kanmon Straits, symbols of Shimonoseki, this space serves as the heart of the home. Dining area with a table and 4 stools, conveniently located next to the kitchen. Living area with a table and sofa, perfect for relaxing, dining, socializing, or watching TV. The TV supports streaming services such as Netflix, Prime Video, YouTube, Hulu, ABEMA TV, and U-NEXT. (Please let us know in advance if you need assistance.) ▼Welcome Service Tea set (coffee and tea) Light snacks ▼Check-in 16:00 – 22:00 Self check-in using a key box. The key box code will be provided only after guest information is registered (passport details required for international guests). For the consideration of neighbors, check-in after 22:00 is not permitted. If you expect to arrive late due to unavoidable circumstances, please contact us in advance. ▼Check-out Please check out by 11:00. Before leaving, kindly turn off all lights and appliances and lock the door. Cleaning staff will enter after 11:00. ▼Message Response Hours Our response hours are 9:00 – 22:00 (Japan Time). Messages sent outside these hours may receive a delayed response. Thank you for your understanding. Guest access Guests are welcome to use all rooms. However, some rooms and storage shelves are reserved for supplies and consumables, so please do not access these areas. (Restricted areas are clearly marked.) Other things to note ・No private parking is available. There are several paid coin-operated parking lots within a 5-minute walk. If you plan to arrive by car, please let us know in advance. Detailed parking information will be provided in the House Guide sent after your reservation is confirmed. ・There are garage entrances and a temple entrance in front of and behind the property. If you need to stop briefly to load or unload luggage, please be careful not to block any entrances. Long-term or unattended parking in these areas is not permitted. ・No cleaning service is provided during your stay. Please use the in-room washing machine to wash towels as needed. For stays longer than one week, we are happy to discuss cleaning arrangements based on your schedule. ・The property is strictly non-smoking. ・Only registered guests are allowed to enter the property. If more guests than stated in the reservation are found, an additional charge of ¥10,000 per person will apply. (The number of guests is confirmed via a security camera at the entrance.) ・Lost items can only be shipped to addresses within Japan. In such cases, we will send them cash on delivery (COD), and a handling fee of ¥1,500 will apply. ・The entrance stairs and landing are shared with other residents. Please move quietly, especially early in the morning and late at night. ・The neighborhood is very quiet at night. Please keep noise to a minimum after 9:00 PM. If excessive noise (such as parties) results in complaints from neighbors or tenants below and police involvement, we may be forced to cancel your stay. In such cases, a ¥50,000 penalty will be charged for violation of house rules. ・If the key is lost, a replacement fee of ¥30,000 will be charged. Please handle the key with care.
