We offer a secluded environment with plenty of grounds and gardens to enjoy during your stay with us. You stay in the fully furnished 2 bedroom apartment with a full kitchen and bath. Please check the calendar for availability and note that we accept reservations up to 1 year in advance. The space Master bedroom is king size and 2nd bedroom has a bunk bed. Full kitchen. full bath/laundry room with washer and dryer. Plenty of outdoor on site private parking. Secluded and quiet. You have a private entrance with a security keypad. The apartment is separate from our residence and you have no neighbors. We follow the Airbnb recommended cleaning protocol for your, and our, protection. In addition, we have also added the use of additional cleaning and sanitizing products such as use of an ozone machine after a guest leaves and using hydrogen peroxide on all hard surfaces. We require no smoking except at the fire ring. We have bent this rule on occasion with the promise of smoking only away from the apartment and properly disposing of residue and have ended up removing cigar/cigarette filters from gravel and grass. As guests, you have use of our 5 acres, including the basketball court, kids gym and football sized field. You are free to roam the numerous gardens, just sit under the large porch and enjoy nature, or stay inside the spacious apartment, relax, play games or watch TV. We have recently updated your apartment to enhance your experience. Other things to note By booking with us, you are agreeing to a short-term rental of the apartment. The terms of this short-term rental agreement are those described in this listing. You are agreeing to rent this apartment from Orchard Lane Getaway, LLC. Until further notice, all guests who qualify for COVID vaccine be up to date on vaccinations. By booking a stay with us, you agree to waive and release all claims against Orchard Lane Getaway, LLC and the owners of the apartment for injuries or losses that arise during or as a result of your stay, including bodily injuries and property damage. This also includes a waiver and release of all claims arising out of negligence of Orchard Lane Getaway, LLC and the property owners, and this waiver and release applies to the fullest extent permitted by law. By booking a stay with us, you also covenant not to make or bring any of the claims discussed above in a legal action against Orchard Lane Getaway, LLC or the property owners.
