Small and cozy apartment just renovated

Hey Hello ! It would be my pleasure to welcome you to my 33 square meter apartment. This apartment belongs to me and is therefore not rented. I renovated it myself, and it's like my baby. It took me a lot of time and energy to make it look like this today, so I hope you enjoy it and respect it if you choose. The apartment has a 140 * 200 bed, and a sofa that also converts into a 140 * 200 bed. The kitchen is fully equipped except for a coffee machine and a dishwasher. However, the best bakery in Annemasse is just a stone's throw away, and it is possible to have a coffee with a croissant or the famous "Croix de Savoie". The apartment overlooks a fairly busy two-way one-way street. During the renovation I opted for windows offering the best sound insulation (double glazing, 10mm glass). However no miracle, we always hear the street a little. There is a small office if you wish to work, and internet is included. In terms of entertainment, a PS4 is available (with very few games, however), as well as Netflix and Amazon premium video subscriptions. The apartment also has a powerful bluetooth speaker. There is no air conditioning, however a Dyson fan will be there to cool your hottest nights. You will have access to the whole apartment. I rent this apartment when I am traveling.
