The penthouse is located on the 3rd floor of the house. The apartment entrance door can be reached by elevator (floor Z3.) via an external corridor. For your stay, we will give you the keys and you can use the penthouse all to yourself. The space The apartment to be rented is about 63 m² and is located in an apartment building on the 3rd floor. It has 2 rooms, a bathroom, a kitchen and a spacious roof terrace on the south side. Despite the busy street, it is very quiet in the apartment. It was completely renovated in 2019 and is therefore in a very new condition. The whole penthouse is provided to you fully furnished, which was stylishly furnished at the end of 2019. The bathroom is equipped with a spacious modern shower. In the kitchen, you can cook with an oven and induction stove. A coffee maker is also available. Groceries can be purchased directly on the ground floor of the building in the Edeka or opposite in the Aldi. There is also a bakery on the ground floor of the property. In the basement of the building there is an underground parking garage where you can park your vehicle (the parking spaces are subject to a fee). Other things to note The apartment is located close to the center on the Petersburger Wall in Osnabrück. Osnabrück's pedestrian zone is within a few minutes' walk and offers numerous shopping opportunities, such as the well-known Osnabrück department store "L&T" with the unique "Hasewelle" – an indoor surfing spot. For your leisure time, the Cinema Arthouse, a movie theater, is right around the corner. The bowling bar "Vegasbowling" is within 5 minutes' walking distance, just like the central train station and bus station. In about 15 minutes you can reach the old town of Osnabrück, where the Osnabrück Theater, as well as several restaurants, bars and the famous Osnabrück Cathedral and Town Hall Square are located. A boulder hall and a gym are less than 5 minutes away. The Rosenhof and the Osnabrückhalle, where events, concerts, etc. take place regularly, can be reached in 10 minutes on foot. Popular restaurants/bars such as Sausalitos are an 8-minute walk. In 5 minutes you can reach the famous Osnabrücker Club Alando from the Petersburgerwall. By bus from Johannisstr. (2 minutes away) you can reach the Osnabrück Zoo and the planetarium within 25 minutes, and the Nettebad in 30 minutes by bus.
