There is a vast kitchen-living room (85m²) with an entrance, a living & dining room and an equipped kitchen . This space has a direct access to the shaded terrace with two big bay windows. Close to the dining room, there is a bedroom (25m²) which can welcome people with reduced mobility. A vast shower room with a shower, a twin vanity sinks and a toilet is attached. Upstaires, three warm bedrooms (19m²) have their own shower room (shower and sink) et a separate toilet. The kid's zone (30m²) consists of a dormitory room with six beds (three bunk beds), a bath room and a separate toilet. The small living room upstairs is a room when you can rest or read. We can adapt this room in order to get a guest bedroom thanks to a sofa bed and a curtain to separate it from the corridor. There are a laundry and a garage as well. The house has an underfloor heating reversible dowstairs and reversible heaters upstairs. This old house has been completely renovated and owns new furnitures.
