If you want to see updates photos let me know and I’ll send some less professional ones! The space is unique because it is tucked in the woods but in a small neighborhood. It's simple and close to the resort with out being on property. The outdoors seem to come in when you are in the house. All the stone work and patios draw you outside. Inside the living space promotes togetherness because of the open floor plan. Room sizes are cozy and upgrades are smart. The entire lot is flat so there are no challenges with access in the winter. You have access to the whole property and grounds. The shed if needed upon request only. We are typically available on the weekends to help with anything you might need and almost alway available via cell. We have an emergency contact close by if needed. We want you to have a great time and we are new at this -so tell us what you need and we will try to make it happen. The neighborhood is mixed with full time residents and weekenders. It is actually very close knit and almost half the homes have been occupied by families that have lived on the street for 30+ years. At the top of the road just across Countyline Road there is a trailhead that leads to wonderful hiking that you can actually get to the Laurel Highland Trail from. The road is a Horseshoe. To access the house you enter on the lower end, but of course if you miss it and enter on the top end you just drive around to the "U". 5.8 miles to the Donegal Exit if you are coming from Pgh.on the turnpike 4.8 miles from Seven Springs Resort (not part of shuttle service or "walk-able) 16.1 miles to Falling Water (need reservations) 35.7 miles to Flight 93 Memorial 55 miles to Downtown Pittsburgh (The Point) Please feel free to inquire about early check-ins and late check-outs. If no one is coming in we are open to extending that courtesy. We often block off the day after guest leaves for clean up - but can see if we can push things upon request. JUST ASK:) We have a SECURITY DEPOSIT in place but have not had to ever use it.
