Private on site boat launch which includes dock moorage. Room to park a truck and boat trailer. A 40 ft dock with seating is shared with owners. Excellent fishing right off the dock. Your private patio with a swing overlooks 80' of beach. Full kitchen includes refrigerator, stove, coffee pot, toaster, microwave, dishes, and utensils. Dining area seats 4.
