Welcome to our lovingly furnished apartment for up to two people in Franconian Switzerland. Whether a relaxed break or an active getaway: Idyllically located on the edge of the forest, with a fantastic view, private garden area incl. Barbecue facilities, as well as direct access to nature, the accommodation is ideal for hiking, climbing and cycling enthusiasts. A separate garage offers you a safe and weather-protected place for your bicycles and motorcycles. The space The living and dining area of the apartment is equipped with a 160x200 cm bed, a cozy sofa, a smart TV and a dining table. Free Wi-Fi is available to all guests. Adjacent to the living and dining area is a fully equipped kitchenette including fridge, Senseo coffee maker, or, after consultation, a filter coffee maker, microwave and toaster, small hot plate and sufficient cooking utensils. In the apartment is a separate bathroom area with shower and toilet. The apartment also has its own garden area equipped with seating furniture and a barbecue area. Here you can relax, enjoy the sun or spend cozy evenings barbecuing in a private atmosphere. Guest access A small garden area above the driveway with 2 chairs, a small table and a grill tray is available. Other things to note Dürrbrunn is an idyllic district of the municipality of Unterleinleiter in Franconian Switzerland. Surrounded by rolling hills, forests and picturesque nature, the small village offers peace and quiet away from the hustle and bustle. In the nearby Unterleinleiter you will find a cozy village shop where you can get regional products and everything for everyday needs. Ideal for a relaxing stay in a rural atmosphere. Between the historic cities of Bamberg and Bayreuth, the house is perfect for culture, cycling, motorcycling, hiking and climbing lovers and offers enough space for cozy evenings and sporting activities as a detached house on the edge of the forest. Your pet is welcome with us after consultation. There are small fees per day. If your pet causes above-average contamination, additional costs may be incurred for the final cleaning.
