The Hahnheide is a slightly hilly forest landscape in the east of the municipality of Trittau in Schleswig-Holstein and is located in the Stormarner Endmoräne natural area. In the Middle Ages, the Hahnheide, the name means "high heath", was still connected to the Saxon Forest. Due to economic use until 1821, the forest stock shrank more and more.
