The space Standard Rates: - PHP 2.000 per night - for 1 or 2 guests (bedroom 1 only). - PHP 300 extra per guest per night - starting from the 3rd guest (both bedrooms open and sofa bed available) (The extra charge is automatically applied when booking for 3 or more guests) - We give discounts for stays longer then 7 days, longer 28 days, early birds and last minute. Bedrooms & Sleeping Arrangement: - Bedroom 1: Queen-size bed (2 persons) - Bedroom 2: Bunk bed (2 persons) - Living room: Sofa bed (2 persons) Maximum capacity = 6 guests Amenities: - Fully equipped kitchen - Private bathroom with hot shower - Air conditioning in Living room and both bedrooms - Free Wi-Fi - Smart TV - Clean linens, towels, and toiletries - Outdoor sitting area - 24/7 gated security (Camella Homes community) Guest access Guests have full access to the living area, kitchen, bathroom and outdoor space. The number of bedrooms available depends on the number of guests booked. Other things to note To save energy and cleaning costs, only bedroom 1 (queen-size bed) is open for 1-2 guests. For bookings of 3-6 guests, bedroom 2 (bunk bed) and the living room sofa bed are also prepared. Please ensure the correct guest count when booking.
