Mollington Manor is our oak-panelled stone manor house with an AGA kitchen, three separate living rooms and hot tub. Set within a quiet Cotswolds village, the property is ideal for larger families and multi-generational groups of up to eleven. A glass-walled living and dining room opens through bi-fold doors onto the walled garden terrace. Walkers will find The Green Man, an eighteenth-century village pub, a minute away; filling with locals of an evening after a day out along the Oxford Canal. The space Sleeps 11 across 6 bedrooms. A long hallway leads to three distinct sitting rooms: the oak-panelled drawing room with its log burner, a TV room with a Smart TV and streaming, and a glass-walled living and dining space where bi-fold doors fold right back onto the terrace. Off the kitchen, a utility room holds the washing machine and tumble dryer, tucking the working end of the house out of the way. Bathrooms are split across the three floors, with twin-sink washstands, baths and showers between them. Electric gates open to a courtyard with room for around 8 cars, free of charge. The walled garden terrace has a hot tub, BBQ, outdoor furniture and countryside views, and The Green Man pub sits a 1-minute walk away in the heart of the village. Self check-in via keybox will make arrival straightforward; full details will be shared on the morning of arrival. Free parking will be available on site for around 8 cars behind electric gates. Separate accommodation in the grounds may be occupied by other guests, though it is reached by its own driveway. Other things to note The house sits over three floors, with the two top-floor bedrooms reached by a further flight of stairs. Worth flagging if stairs are difficult. The grounds are shared with separate accommodation, along with a private pub, gym, entertainment barn and hot tub area, all booked separately from the house. Other guests may be staying there, though they use their own driveway. A car makes life easiest here, and taxis need booking ahead. Important Information: • Guests are required to pay a security deposit, equal to the cost of your first night. This is fully refundable pending no damages or excess cleaning being required. This will be a pre-authorisation hold on the card taken at least 24 hours before you check in, and is automatically released within 3 days after check out. • Pets are allowed at an extra charge of £30 per pet per stay, up to a maximum of 2. Please include any pets when making your booking. • Early check-in and late check-out can be requested at £50 per hour. A private driver, private chef and other concierge options are also offered, including welcome hampers, wine tasting, clay pigeon shooting, horse riding and e-bike delivery to the door.
