Welcome to Novello, in the heart of Langhe. You will stay in a comfortable private room located in a charming house, on the hillside, with views of the vines. The garden, terrace, living room and kitchen are shared spaces with possible other guests. Outdoor Jacuzzi available from April to October, perfect for relaxing. Tourist Tax: €1.50/night / person. The space Shared common areas with other guests include: • Bright living room with reading nook, TV, and wifi • A fully equipped kitchen with oven, fridge, stove, and coffee machine, with dining area • A panoramic terrace and garden with outdoor Jacuzzi (Open from April to October) • Free street parking is available directly opposite the house • Secure garage for motorcycles, available upon prior request. Guest access Access to the house is simple, even in the center of the village. There is no limited traffic zone (ZTL), so no risk of fines. Free parking is available just across the street. During your stay We live just above and are available at any time to meet your needs, advise you on local activities or intervene if needed. While respecting your privacy, we remain available if you wish to chat or share a friendly moment. Other things to note The garden and terrace offer splendid views of the hills and vineyards. The jacuzzi, open from April to October, is accessible according to the schedules defined on site. The calm of the place and its immediate proximity to the center of the village make it an ideal base for exploring the area. Please note that some areas are shared with other guests. Respect and conviviality are therefore essential to a good cohabitation.
