Nestled between the Surrey Hills and Sussex Weald enjoy a Spring stay in the yurt before the bell tent season begins in May. Guests can enjoy the glamping field and all its facilities entirely to themselves- a peaceful, private escape in the heart of nature. The space Sleeping up to 5 guests, our yurt is fully equipped for a comfortable glamping experience. Inside, you’ll find cosy airbeds with fresh linens, towels, and blankets, along with charming personal touches that make your stay feel special. Soft lighting comes from a combination of rechargeable lanterns, solar lights, and candlelight, and a wood burner keeps the yurt wonderfully warm on cooler spring evenings. Outside, the yurt has its own picnic table and a firepit, perfect for cooking over open flames. We provide complimentary logs and firelighters on arrival, and additional logs are available at £8 per sack. For culinary adventures, the glamping field features a covered, fully equipped kitchen with pots, pans, utensils, cutlery, a two-burner gas stove, and a BBQ. You’ll also find hot and cold running drinking water and a double socket for low-power devices like phone chargers. While we don’t have a fridge, we provide a commercial-grade cool box with ice blocks to keep perishables fresh. Outdoor games are available for both kids and the young at heart. You just need to bring your food and your sense of adventure! With no other guests on the field in April you have the toilet and shower block to yourselves, sited just 25 metres from the yurt. The ladies’ side has two flushable toilets and an electric shower, while the men’s side has a flushable toilet and electric shower. To start your stay with a treat, a complimentary breakfast pack is provided on your first morning, including bacon, eggs, bread, and milk. Dietary requirements? Just let us know, we can make substitutions. Marshmallows are also provided, perfect for cosy campfire evenings or homemade s’mores. Spring is a wonderful time to visit. Endless countryside awaits, perfect for cycling or walking directly from the glamping field. Explore nearby ancient woodland or enjoy a gentle waterside stroll along the Wey and Arun canal path.
