Elise Suite

Offering the warm atmosphere of a guest house and the comfort of a hotel, La Villa Maurice offers four spacious suites, each designed with passion by the host and endowed with a unique charm. The house is a typical Brussels mansion restored with Art Deco inspiration. It is located in a central area of Ixelles close to Avenue Louise, Villa Empain, ULB and VUB. Tram and bus stops are within a 2-minute walk. The space The Elise suite is particularly spacious and has a seating area, desk, private bathroom (bath and shower) and separate toilet. It is equipped with a king size double bed (180 cm) and a sofa equipped with a real mattress (180 x 80 cm), which allows it to accommodate 2 adults and a child. It also has cupboards, free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a smartTV, a mini-fridge, a Nespresso machine and a kettle, toiletries, bathrobes and a hairdryer. The suite is accessible by elevator (3rd floor). For breakfast (included), we favor quality and locally sourced products. Guest access Guests have private access to their suite via a code. They also have access to the lounge/reception at any time during their stay. Access to the kitchen, dining room and garden is limited to breakfast hours and when a person from La Villa Maurice is present. Use of the kitchen is reserved for La Villa Maurice staff. During your stay Guests can contact La Villa Maurice by phone or email between 7 a.m. and 8 p.m. with any questions regarding their stay. Outside of these hours, contact is limited to situations of extreme urgency. Other things to note - Access to the accommodation is autonomous, by means of a code sent before your arrival. You are responsible for the use and storage of this code. The loss or forgetting of the code does not constitute an emergency justifying the intervention of La Villa Maurice. - Breakfast is served every morning from 7:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. - Rates include breakfast, start and end of stay cleaning (also once a week for long stays), bed linen and towels (replaced once a week for long stays) and tourist taxes.
