The space Our house has two floors designed to offer comfort and spaciousness. On the top floor, you will find two separate bedrooms, both with air conditioning, built-in closets and a full bathroom. On the ground floor, there is a spacious living/dining room with a fully equipped kitchen, fireplace and A/C, as well as direct access to a pleasant covered porch with tables and chairs to enjoy the outdoors. The house is located next to the swimming pools in the upper part of the development and right on the main street, in a convenient and easily accessible location. In summer, you can enjoy the seasonal outdoor pool included in the booking, and in winter, the cozy living room with a fireplace, ideal for the coldest days. The house has 2 separate bedrooms, a living-dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom, a toilet, air conditioning, a TV and free Wi-Fi. It also has a paddle tennis court and numerous activities in nature to enjoy the environment. Located only 30-45 minutes from Seville, close to places such as the Castillo de las Guardas Nature Reserve, Los Lagos del Serrano, and the El Ronquillo Farm School. A perfect setting to disconnect and enjoy the mountains any time of the year. Other things to note - REGISTRATION: According to current regulations on traveler registration (Decree 1513/1959, Decree 450/1975 and Royal Decree 933/2021), it is mandatory to register all guests staying. For this reason, it will be necessary to provide the identification details of all guests (ID card, foreign identification, or passport). This information will only be requested for confirmed reservations and will be sent a few days before arrival via an online registration. Failure to provide documentation prior to arrival will result in cancellation of the reservation without right to refund. - PETS: Pets are allowed only upon prior request and with the host's express authorization, as their admission will depend on the type and characteristics of the animal. If accepted, and out of respect for future guests with possible allergies, a specific and more thorough cleaning of the accommodation will be carried out, at an additional cost of 50 euros, which must be paid by the person responsible for the reservation directly to the host before arrival. - DEPOSIT: A deposit of 150 euros will be requested as a guarantee for possible damage or violation of the house rules. This deposit must be paid before check-in by bank transfer or Bizum. The amount will be refunded via the same payment method within a maximum period of 5 days after check-out, once the cleaning team has verified that the house is in proper condition.
