Please be considerate of the neighbors. The property is within walking distance from JR Yoichi Station, so guests without a car are welcome. The area has a large supermarket and drugstore, so you won’t have trouble with daily necessities. There are 3 parking spaces on-site, so multiple cars are welcome. The living room TV supports online videos, including Youtube and Netflix. Please use your own accounts to enjoy. The one-story house allows everyone to spend time together in the same space. Enjoy meals around the dining table, conversations in the living room, and outdoor moments on the terrace. These experiences will surely become cherished travel memories. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") requires all users to read and agree to the following terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as "this Agreement") before using the facilities. By agreeing to this Agreement, you acknowledge that it will serve as the contract between the Company and the user for the use of the sauna services (hereinafter referred to as "the Sauna") provided by the Company. Health Confirmation and Agreement The use of the Sauna is prohibited for customers with the following conditions: those who are prohibited from bathing by a doctor, those who are intoxicated, those with poor health conditions, and others in an unsuitable physical state. By agreeing to this Agreement, customers declare that they do not fall into any of the below categories. The Company shall not be held responsible for any illness, injury, or other damage arising from these conditions. Moreover, the use of the Sauna is at the customer's own discretion, and the Company assumes no responsibility for any health issues or accidents that may occur. Prohibited health conditions include: Acute diseases (especially those with fever), active tuberculosis, malignant tumors, severe heart disease, respiratory or kidney failure, bleeding disorders, skin diseases, or any disease in which the condition is worsening; anemia, suspected infections, pregnancy (especially early or late stages), high blood pressure, diarrhea, post-surgery conditions, injuries with bleeding, and menstruation with bleeding. Minors' Usage Prohibition Minors are not allowed to use the Sauna without a guardian. Since the inside of the tent can reach high temperatures, there is a risk of burns. Guardians accompanying minors are required to ensure that minors cannot enter the Sauna or its surrounding areas without supervision. If a minor uses the Sauna alone and is injured, including burns, the Company is not liable for any accidents. Cancellation of Use If you feel unwell during the use of the Sauna, please discontinue use immediately and contact support. Additionally, due to safety concerns, use of the Sauna will be prohibited during strong winds (4 meters or more) or extreme weather conditions. Prohibited Actions The following actions are prohibited when using the Sauna. If a customer violates these rules, or there is a risk of violation, the Company may take action to stop the use of the Sauna. Bringing inflammable items (newspapers, magazines, cigarettes) or electronic devices (PCs, phones, tablets, game consoles, etc.) into the sauna. Bringing glasses, jewelry, or other valuables into the sauna. Entering the sauna with five or more people at once. Using the Sauna for purposes other than its intended use, such as bathroom activities, hair dyeing, or body scrubbing. Putting anything other than firewood into the sauna stove, or using non-water substances such as aroma oils, or overloading the stove with excessive water. Smoking inside the facilities (including the sauna). Using images or videos taken in the facilities for business or advertising purposes without the Company’s consent. Taking towels or other items outside the facility. Using the Sauna or its surrounding outdoor equipment while fully naked. Engaging in any other activity that violates this Agreement, causes disruption to neighbors, or damages the facilities. Usage Notes and Liability Please be careful not to touch the sauna stove, chimney, or sauna stones, as they can be extremely hot. If the sauna or any equipment is damaged due to the user's negligence or intentional actions, the customer will be responsible for the cost of replacement or repair, as well as any loss of revenue incurred due to the sauna's unavailability. Liability for Damage During Use While using the Sauna, customers must take precautions regarding accidents, injuries, and the safekeeping of valuables. The Company is not responsible for any damage caused to the customer unless it is due to the Company’s intentional or gross negligence. In cases where the Company is liable, the compensation will be limited to regular and direct damages, excluding special damages or lost profits. Suspension of Use Due to Equipment Malfunctions or Cancellations If it is determined that the Sauna cannot be used due to equipment malfunctions, damage, or other reasons, the Company may suspend usage or cancel reservations. In such cases, the payment made will be refunded. Exclusion of Anti-Social Forces By agreeing to this Agreement, the customer guarantees that they are not part of any anti-social forces (e.g., organized crime groups, etc.). If it is discovered that the customer is involved with such forces, the Company may report to the relevant authorities and immediately terminate their use of the facilities without refunding any paid fees. Jurisdiction In the event of a dispute regarding this Agreement or the use of the Sauna, the Sapporo District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction. Cancellation and Non-Refundable in Case of Weather or Environmental Conditions If the use of the Sauna is canceled due to weather or environmental conditions (such as strong winds, extreme weather, or snow damage), partial refunds may be provided, depending on the situation.
