Casa Caversham is your own private space in the front part of our house. It is completely separate with your own private entrance. The property includes a master bedroom, bathroom, walk in wardrobe and a separate lounge room. Perfectly located in the Swan Valley with all its amazing things to do - wineries, cafes, chocolate factories and much more. We're only a 15 minute drive from Perth Airport. There is an option for a third person as the sofa converts to a sofa bed (by request). The space Casa Caversham - At this property you will get your own private space in the front part of our house. It is completely separate with your own private entrance. Master bedroom - Enjoy relaxing in the queen bed with its quality linen and pillows. Off the master bedroom is the bathroom and walk in wardrobe. The bathroom includes a shower (no bath). The lounge room includes a three seater couch, (converts to a sofa bed if required) a small dining area, TV and a kitchenette. The kitchenette includes a microwave, toaster, kettle and a fridge with freezer space. (note: There are no cooking amenities other than the toaster and microwave). Enjoy spending time relaxing on the front patio while you look over to the green space park across the road. There are shops up the road (a few minutes walk) which includes a cafè, supermarket, chemist, bottle shop, news agency, barber and some takeaway food options. We're only 15 minutes drive from Perth Airport. Local bus routes take you to the train station for further commuting. No laundry on site, however, there are laundromats nearby. The mobile phone coverage in the area is rather dismal, thankfully, the wifi at Casa Caversham is great. Guest access You have full, private access to the entire apartment/unit.
