Le Chant du Tilleul, a newly renovated manor house, welcomes you for a relaxing and comfortable stay in the heart of the Provençal Drôme. Villa located in the heart of a peaceful hamlet, just a stone's throw from the old village of Poët-Laval, ranked among the most beautiful villages in France. Ideally located between Dieulefit, Nyons and Grignan, close to all amenities. Numerous amenities are offered on site to make your stay as pleasant as possible. The space The accommodation is arranged as follows: On the ground floor: - Glassed-in veranda for cozy relaxing moments - Dining room with fully equipped kitchen (4-burner gas stove, two ovens, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, Senseo coffee machine, filter coffee machine, kettle, toaster, etc.) - Separate living room with sectional sofa and Smart TV. Enjoy the charm of this room with a period fireplace. Books, DVDs and board games are available. Netflix subscription specific to the gite. WiFi (fiber). - Separate toilet - Bathroom with bathtub, washing machine, towel dryer, toiletries, etc. Mid-floor landing: - Bathroom with shower and toilet - "La Bignone" bedroom 2 beds 90x190 Space that can be partitioned for more privacy. Upstairs: - "Le Tilleul" bedroom 1 King-size double bed 180x190 With its large private balcony for stunning views of the Drôme mountains. - "Les Cyprès" bedroom 1 King-size double bed 180 x 190 - "Les Cèdres" Room 1 king-size double bed 180x190 cm or 2 single beds 90x190 cm Bed linen and 2 hand towels are provided per person. Just bring your bath towels for the pool 🐬🐳☺️ Outside - Private parking spaces. Space for 2 to 3 vehicles depending on their size. 🚗 🚌 - 400 m² garden with trees, including two 200-year-old cedars, as well as the majestic linden tree that gives the Villa its name. 🌳 🌲 🍃 - Covered terrace with table for 8 people & relaxing, shaded garden furniture 🌷 - Bali stone pool, wooden deck. Secure area. Pool surrounded by a relaxing area with sun loungers and a shaded pool house. 🐬 🐳 The pool is generally open from early May to mid-September, depending on the weather! - Bocce court 👍 Bocce balls and Mölkky on site - Double-grill charcoal barbecue (guests supply the charcoal) 🔥 Numerous services to make your stay as pleasant as possible. Reliable and professional childcare is available upon request. Pets are our friends and are allowed under certain conditions. 🐶🐱 The accommodation does not have an EV charging outlet. The nearest charging stations are 5 minutes away (Super U Dieulefit and Dieulefit parking lots). The accommodation is not ideal for hosting people with reduced mobility. However, if you encounter any difficulties, we will do our best to make your stay comfortable. Other things to note We include bed linen and towels in our prices as it seems important to us to welcome you as we would have liked. However, if you would like to use yours, please let us know (discount). We do not charge an additional cleaning fee because we ask for a common-sense contribution. Please make the place decent by taking your garbage and trash away, doing your dishes, putting the objects and equipment back in place. The appliances, the fridge, and the dishwasher need to be restored. A first coat on the floors is required. We want to pick up our place in a respectable state of cleanliness. Thank you!
