Garden Studio with Pool Access

Escape to this peaceful Little Mountain studio just minutes from Caloundra’s beaches and hinterland. With self check-in, off-street parking, and close access to shops, trails, and attractions, this private retreat offers the perfect Sunshine Coast getaway. The space We are located just 10–15 minutes from Kings Beach and the Caloundra foreshore where you will find a variety of restaurants, plus there are nearby local attractions, mountains bike trails, bushwalks and the hinterland. While the studio is private, it shares the backyard garden area with the main house so you may occasionally see us outside. Guests are welcome to use the pool during their stay. There is a private nook around the side of the Studio, which is perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. The kitchenette is equipped with a full size fridge, convection microwave, hotplate, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle & toaster. We are conveniently located 10 minutes drive to the Sunshine Coast University Hospital and also the Sunshine Coast Turf Club. Guest access There is plenty of off-street parking in front of our property. Please DO NOT park in the driveway in front of the gate. To reach the Studio, walk up the shared driveway and through the large gate, then follow the driveway for about 40m toward the green building. If it’s been raining and the grass is wet, follow the signage on your right down the steps and past the house to the green building. Please ensure the gate remains closed at all times. We have two miniature dachshunds who will most likely greet you with a bark on arrival. Other things to note Please be aware the Studio is at the rear of the property and reached by a 40m walk up a driveway. Guests need to bring their luggage up the driveway; if this isn’t possible for you, the Studio will not be suitable.
