Guest access The whole apartment is yours: the cinema bedroom, the bathroom, the kitchen and the balcony. No shared areas, and nobody else on site during your stay. Self check-in: you come in through a private entrance with a keypad lock. No meeting, no key handover, you arrive whenever suits you. I send you the code and a short guide to the equipment before you arrive, and I stay reachable if anything comes up. Please note: the apartment is on the first floor and there is no lift. Other things to note • Non-smoking apartment, e-cigarettes included, balcony included. • 2 guests maximum. No parties or events. • The apartment is on the first floor: there are stairs to climb and no lift. • A security camera is installed outside, by the entrance. There are no cameras inside the apartment. • A quick check of the audiovisual equipment is done on arrival: it is fragile gear, thank you for understanding. • We are right in the town centre, so there can be some evening buzz; the blackout curtains make a real difference. • Paid parking nearby — I'll point you to the best spots before you arrive.
