The space The apartment, located on the first floor, has been carefully furnished to offer you every comfort: - Living area: large living room with comfortable single sofa bed, smart TV and ultra-fast fiber optics to complete a magnificent terrace for exclusive use. - Kitchen: fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven, coffee machine, and everything you need to cook. - A double room with memory foam pillows. -Private parking: a reserved parking space (garage number 5). Access to the apartment is via the Smart Lock app, which is easy to download to your smartphone. Alternatively, you can use a personal access code that will be provided before arrival. A modern, practical and welcoming environment — perfect for feeling at home even when traveling Guest access Guests have access to all the rooms in the apartment. Other things to note As required by municipal regulations, guests must pay an accommodation tax of €4.00 per person per night, up to a maximum of 6 consecutive nights. The tax applies to tourist stays and must be paid online through Airbnb prior to arrival. Children under the age of 16 and the categories indicated by the Municipality of Treviso are exempt.
