The space The apartment is located on the first floor and has been carefully furnished to offer you every comfort: - Living area: large living room with comfortable double sofa bed, smart TV and ultra-fast fiber optic internet. - Kitchen: fully equipped with dishwasher, oven, coffee machine and everything you need to cook. - Double room with memory foam pillows -Private parking: a reserved parking space (garage number 4). In addition, you have access to a terrace for exclusive use. Access to the apartment is via the Smart Lock app, which is easy to download to your smartphone.
