The space A luxury 3-bedroom penthouse flat for up to 6 people. The accommodation features a room with a pull-out sofa bed for 2 people, a living room with 2 comfortable beds, and a bedroom with 2 further beds. All beds can be easily converted. The flat is furnished to a high standard and equipped with modern amenities. Each room features a modern 4K TV. Two rooms also have a desk. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped. Particularly lovely are the large private penthouse balcony with a barbecue area and a second balcony off the study with a cosy lounge area. The flat is on the 2nd floor and is easily accessible by lift. Guest access Make yourself at home – you have the whole place to yourself! You have access to the flat and the garden. The bins are outside. The bike shed is located outside. Other things to note You are welcome to arrive from 4 pm. Check-out is by 10 am. Important: Please check in via the app before your arrival and select the SMS or phone option. You will then receive your login details and confirmation code straight away. Once you have logged in, you will gain access to our digital Welcome Book. There you will find all the important information regarding check-in, your stay and check-out, parking details, restaurant tips and recommendations for the surrounding area. On the day of check-in, the keybox code for the front door will also be activated there. This requires prior registration via the app. If someone else is arriving or handling the check-in, please provide the email address or phone number of the person arriving so that they too can access the Welcome Book and check-in details. Additional options such as late check-out or invoice requests can also be accessed via the Welcome Book. Free parking is available on the public roads in front of the property.
