Townhouse in a quiet residential area. Well located near all services and areas of tourist interest such as the Altamira caves, Santillana del Mar and the beaches of Suances. Ideal for families. We have everything you need to make your stay comfortable and as close as possible to being in your own home. You can have coffee on the porch as well as eat and relax in our garden. You will also find two parking spaces. Your pet will also be welcome. The space Villa Carlota is a cozy house. On the ground floor you will find the kitchen with everything you need so that, if you wish, you can cook everything you want. We have an oven, ceramic cooktop, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, pans, pots, cutlery, glasses and plates. Next to the kitchen is the living-dining room. It is not very large but has everything you need to spend as much time as you want. You'll find a dining table, sofa, TV, and high-speed Wi-Fi internet. On the ground floor you will also find the full bathroom with shower and hairdryer. On the first floor we have a room with a double bed, a coat rack, side tables and a mirror. There is also another single room also equipped with a closet and bedside table. On the ground floor, the ceilings are attic and there is also a double room and a single room perfectly equipped. The floors are connected by a spiral staircase that is somewhat uncomfortable because it is quite narrow. Please look at the listing photos to get an idea. Guest access In Villa Carlota you will find everything you need to make your stay comfortable and pleasant. Towels and clean linens will be provided. If the stay is longer than 10 days, you will be given a complimentary cleaning with a change of sheets and towels at no cost. We have two parking spaces. In the garden you will find a dining area and porch at the entrance of the house with sofas to have a coffee and rest. Other things to note Please pay attention to the spiral staircase that connects the ground floor with the upper floors. It is narrow and can be difficult for older people if they have reduced mobility.
