Enjoy a great weekend in this spacious, comfortable house! Nestled in a lovely wooded neighborhood, just five miles from the University of Alabama. Watch the sunrise through the trees or enjoy a meal from the screened deck overlooking a large, beautiful backyard! Lots of space, inside and out. The space This house has a beautiful backyard view conveniently located near UA campus and many stores and restaurants. We easily accommodate twelve, which includes two on a queen-sized pull-out sofa and one on a twin bed in our multipurpose room. This split-level home has three bedrooms and two bathrooms upstairs on the main floor, as well as one bedroom, one bathroom and the multipurpose room on the lower level. Guest access Guests will have full access to the house, including a full kitchen, a gas grill on the deck, and washer and dryer located downstairs in the multipurpose room. There is plenty of parking in the driveway and on the street; two parking spots are also available in the garage. The backyard has a children's play set, a trampoline, a sandbox, a wooden bench swing, and also an in-ground fire pit (firewood included!). Other things to note We will try our best to provide you with a comfortable and enjoyable stay; in turn, we ask that you respect our home! No pets and no smoking inside, please. No parties or gatherings, and also no personal speakers; we want to respect our neighbors and keep the noise levels down.
