Guest access As a guest at The Bohemian Studio, you’ll have full private access to the studio apartment during your stay. In addition, you’re welcome to enjoy the shared spaces in the building, which include: ☕️ Café on the First Floor – A cozy spot perfect for your morning coffee, casual bites, or getting some work done in a relaxed setting. 🏋️‍♂️ Fully-Equipped Gym – Stay active during your stay with access to a modern fitness area, located on the first floor. 🌇 Open Rooftop Terrace – Don’t miss the breathtaking 360° view of Pune city from the rooftop. Whether it’s sunrise yoga, sunset drinks, or a quiet night under the stars, this space is a true highlight. All shared areas are available for guest use during opening hours. Please be respectful of other residents and keep noise to a minimum. Other things to note Self Check-In with Smart Lock 🔐 To comply with our building’s safety regulations, we kindly ask guests to share a clear photo of a government-issued ID before arrival. This step is required by our housing society and is separate from Airbnb’s own ID verification. Your privacy is fully respected and protected. Once received, we activate your unique smart lock code for a smooth self check-in experience. Parking is provided in the basement at cost of 50₹. Which is to be paid at the security gate at the time of arrival. This price is charged by the society.
