No illegal activity — Any unlawful behavior will not be tolerated. 2. Guest identification — Government-approved ID of all staying guests is required at check-in (digital copies are acceptable). 3. Food will be provided-on requirement , if required we can make the arrangements. Inform during the time of booking. 4. Zomato/ Swiggy / insta-mart is available at the location. 5. Kitchen use — Guests are requested to wash their used dishes after meals. 6. No smoking or alcohol — The premises are strictly non-smoking and alcohol restricted. 7. No parties or unregistered visitors — Events, parties, or additional guests are not permitted without prior approval. 8. Quiet hours — Please avoid loud music or noise; this is a peaceful residential neighborhood. 9. Power backup — A UPS inverter provides backup power for up to 8 hours during outages. 10. Energy conservation — Kindly switch off lights, fans, and appliances when not in use. 11. Once you step out of the premises, please be back by 10.30PM. 12. Cleanliness — Dispose of all waste in the provided dustbins. 13. Geezer will not function, during power outage. 14. Checkout — Please return the room keys at the time of checkout.
