There is a village pub 200 metres away and a golf course 500 metres away. We are a 20 minutes from the historic city of Lincoln, which is famous for its cathedral and castle. We are also a 20 min drive from Newark which has LNER train services between London and Edinburgh. The space There is an open plan lounge kitchen diner with full-sized oven and hob, microwave and under counter fridge. There is also a toaster, kettle and nespresso machine. There is one double bedroom with plenty of storage in the two double wardrobes. There is a double sofa bed in the open plan lounge kitchen diner. There is a tiled shower room with w.c, basin and heated towel rail. Total inside area of property is 43 square metres.
