Fosse Paddock Studios are 6 modern, clean, purpose-built, self-contained ground level studio apartments situated on 2 acres with picturesque countryside views. Accommodating 2 adults & possibly up to 2 children in each studio. This particular studio built in 2025 is of an open plan layout throughout including king sized bed, 2 free view TVs, large walk-in shower, sofa bed and full kitchen. There is free secure parking on site for up to two cars. The space Fosse Paddock is set upon 2 acres of land. There are 6 studios, 4 of which are dog friendly. There is a purpose built secure dog paddock for guests to use. Each studio is capable of sleeping up to four guests, typically two adults in the bedroom and up to 2 children on the sofa bed in the sitting area. They are designed as self-catering accommodation. Fosse Paddock Studios is in a quiet, rural location close to the picturesque Vale of Belvoir and easily accessed from both the A52 and A46 roads and just outside the village of Cropwell Bishop, which has amenities. Adjacent to the studios is a filling station with a small shop, where provisions can be purchased. Within 2-3 miles are the towns of Cotgrave and Bingham, both of which have a variety of amenities including shops, pubs and restaurants. The city of Nottingham is 7 miles away, which can be reached by bus from Cropwell Bishop, Bingham or Cotgrave and there is a Park & Ride facility at Shepherd’s Restaurant in Stragglethorpe , 3 miles away, with regular bus services into the city centre. Free parking facilities as well as separate purpose built laundry facilities they can access upon request.
