Guest access House Rules – Villa The Horizon Dear guests of the Bauhaus Villa "The Horizon". This house was built in 1967 by Hans Imbach and is still in the original state of the idea and plans of the architect Robert Hofer, Zurich. Many objects and objects are from this time and thus contemporary witnesses and each has its own history. We ask all visitors to treat this house and the objects with appropriate respect and care. General • The villa may only be occupied by the number of guests specified in the listing. • Parties, events or large celebrations are not allowed. • For private use only – no business allowed. • Smoking is allowed only in outdoor areas. Consideration & Neighborhood • Quiet hours: 10 pm – 7 am please take special care. • Music and conversations at room volume – especially in the garden on the terrace • Please respect the neighborhood: do not block entrances, paths or parking spaces. ________________________________________ 3. Handling of furnishings & equipment • Please handle furniture, carpets, artwork and decorations carefully. • Do not place suitcases, glasses or hot objects directly on sensitive surfaces. • Please take off your street shoes in the entrance area – no shoes on carpets or upholstered furniture. • Do not use harsh or acidic cleaning agents for the slate floor! • Please use the kitchen and appliances properly – no knives on glass surfaces, no hot pots directly on tables. • Use the umbrella and garden furniture carefully.
