A (10 sq.m.) room in a spacious (+97 sq.m.) souterrain apartment located in Sundbyberg municipality, in a quiet area. It’s a 4-minute walk to Rissne center & subway station, and further 15 minutes by subway to Stockholm city center. Perfect for students and/or weekly commuters. Height adjustable work desk and 250/100 Mbps Internet access through WiFi. There are 2 bathrooms & a fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher, ice maker, air fryer and so on. The space The apartment is located on bottom floor from the courtyard entrance, while the guest bedroom is facing a very quiet cul-de-sac street on "first floor". Guest access You can use the kitchen to cook nice meals & we do have dishwasher, but you'll need to wash pans & pots by hand. Combined washing machine & dryer is available in the bathroom. Living room is mainly private space for hosts, but the bedroom itself TV with decoder and plenty of channels. Terrace & small garden outside on bottom floor can be used for smoking. During your stay Will gladly offer you any advice on Stockholm and am fluent in Swedish, English, Persian.
