The home is provided with air-con and heating in the bedrooms. The outdoor area’s 1000 m2 are full of gardens with gorgeous fountains and crystal-clear ponds, a glazed barbecue area with a complete kitchen and a living room, a welcoming Jacuzzi, a solarium and a wonderful private swimming pool, where you can relax while enjoying the marvellous views of the surrounding mountains. The access to the house, which also provides its guests with private parking, is completely paved and shared among the neighbours. Only the last 30 metres are of a completely-levelled dirt track. This villa is located in the foothill of the Sierra de Loja, next to the Nacimiento de Las Pasaderas, 45 minutes far from the sea and the nearest ski station.
