You may have glimpses of moose and mouse, frogs and flies; by the nature of living here, we play host to them all. In the interest of full disclosure, I want you to know so that you are aware that critters are here in our area and sometimes in our living spaces. Just about everyone has embraced them so far but, some who have not ventured in the woods before have become surprised to see a mouse that made them uncomfortable to be around. Please be aware we have one external and one internal security camera at the foyer which is a common area. We have two apartments in that house that we rent separately, none of the cameras point to any room or private area. Please be aware: We strongly believe honesty is the main key in this business. Our listing is not a 5 starts Four Seasons Hotel, we offer an affordable unit in rural Maine, if you are not able to understand this we encourage you to not book this listing.
