You’ll also be within easy walking distance of Frankwell, Theatre Severn, the Welsh Bridge, which takes you into the town centre, where you can easily discover Shrewsbury’s historic charm. The space Spread over three floors, this charming home blends character with modern comfort. On the first floor, you’ll find a cosy living room with a Smart TV — perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. There’s also a dedicated workspace with a desk overlooking New Street, ideal for guests who need to work remotely, along with a comfortable reading nook for a quiet moment to relax. On the ground floor, the bright and welcoming kitchen and dining area are fully equipped with all the essentials you’ll need for your stay. Patio doors open onto a small garden with outdoor seating — the perfect spot for your morning coffee or an evening glass of wine. The main bathroom is also on this level and includes a bath with an overhead shower. Upstairs, the property has two comfortable bedrooms – one king and one double, both - along with a convenient shower room and toilet. Parking is available for one car, and if you’re bringing a second vehicle, Frankwell Car Park is nearby. Once you’ve parked, you may find you don’t need your car again — Shrewsbury’s highlights are all within easy walking distance. Guest access All of the property is available for guests to enjoy. We do have some cupboards locked off for our personal belongings. Other things to note If you would like a late check-out, we’re happy to offer this (this is subject to the availability of our cleaning team) for an additional fee of £45, up to 1 pm. After 1 pm, we will have to charge a further night's stay. Parking We have parking for one car at the back of the house. The space is compact and will accommodate a medium-sized car. There simply isn't the space for VANS, CAMPER VANS, and MOTORHOMES. There is a public car park on Frankwell, which is a 7-minute walk back to the house.
