The space Our apartment "Kleiner Stall" combines modern comfort with a historic ambience – sustainable, cozy and full of charm. The former stable was completely renovated with ecological building materials such as clay, hemp lime and lots of wood and transformed into a warm, natural retreat. The house is heated with a wall heater by a wood chip heating system. The apartment is designed for up to six people and is ideal for families or small groups who appreciate nature, design and relaxation (no parties!) On the ground floor you will find the kitchen – built from an old workbench. It is not only fully equipped, but also a real eye-catcher. Also on the ground floor, you will find a modern bathroom with a shower and a practical washer-dryer, which makes your stay particularly comfortable, even on longer trips. The cozy lounge invites you to a game of chess or a good book. A special highlight on the upper floor is the private wellness area with sauna and hot tub right in the dormitory, which provides relaxing hours. In addition, the apartment has an integrated home theater that makes cozy movie nights an experience. The small outdoor seating area leads directly into the play barn with children's workshop and children's art studio, which makes the stay an unforgettable experience, especially for the little ones. We provide a pleasant basic set of amenities: bed linen, towels, coffee filters, toilet paper, kitchen rolls, hand soap, dishwashing liquid and dishwasher tabs – so you feel at home from the very first moment. In the immediate vicinity there is a Franconian restaurant and a Demeter farm with its own farm shop. Repperndorf is a district of the large district town of Kitzingen. The city center is a few minutes away by bike.
