The space The first floor features 3 private bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. A shared passage connects the bedrooms, which opens onto an airy balcony, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the view. The ground floor offers shared access to the living room, kitchen, and front patio, providing comfortable communal spaces for cooking, dining, or socializing. This property strikes a perfect balance of privacy and shared spaces, ideal for families, friends, or groups seeking a comfortable and convenient stay. Guest access Guests have full access to their private rooms, verandas, garden area, and common living spaces. Kitchen use can be arranged on request. Free parking space is available on the property.
